Danny Ritter

A Miami native, Danny Ritter grew up around real estate. His family’s involvement in real estate law, development and title work gave him an early introduction to the business and ultimately helped shape his own career.

Danny began his professional real estate career in Chicago, where leasing apartments grew into longstanding relationships with property owners and an expanding role across management, operations and investment. That hands-on experience eventually led to acquiring and operating multifamily properties himself, both independently and alongside investment partners.

Today, Danny is based in Miami, where he leads Ritter Properties and works across investment and brokerage. His experience spans first-time buyers and sellers, seasoned property owners and investors—but his approach remains the same: personal, straightforward and unpretentious.
